Eine wichtige Basis für alle Planungen und Arbeiten im Haus. Die ersten Einblicke in die Pläne zeigen wie wichtig dieser Schritt für das weitere Vorgehen ist.
Zusätzlich wird diesen Sommer daraus ein virtueller 3D Rundgang durch die Villa Beer entstehen, als Dokumentation des Ist-Zustandes und als Grundlage für eine “Vorher-Nachher” Begehung im virtuellen Raum.
3D Laser Scanning – Surveying
The beautiful plans by Josef Frank and Oskar Wlach will not be sufficient for the renovation.
Therefore, we have commissioned the firm Fleischmann Vermessung to survey the entire house using 3D laser scanning at the highest resolution level. (fleischmann.co.at/vermessung/3d-laserscanning/)
This will serve as an important foundation for all planning and work on the house. Initial glimpses at the plans show just how crucial this step is for the next phases of the project.
In addition, this summer we’ll create a virtual 3D tour of Villa Beer based on this data, both to document the current condition of the building and to serve as the basis for a “before-and-after” virtual tour.
