The pool at the back of the garden, which does not appear on the original plans and was therefore built later, still requires our attention. The water is heavily contaminated with leaves and animal carcasses and must be professionally disposed of. We are particularly saddened that some animals were unable to escape the water and therefore perished. Until we know how the water can be disposed of, a temporary mesh fence has been erected around the pool. As soon as the water has been disposed of, we will ensure that rainwater no longer accumulates there. The long-term plan is to remove the pool.
