Großes Entwerfen – Art:Space Villa Beer
Master Student:innen des Instituts für Architektur und Entwerfen / Univ.Prof. Dott.Arch. Wilfried Kühn haben sich letztes Semester mit der Villa Beer als Fallstudie auseinandergesetzt.
Hinterfragt wurde die zum Teil übliche Praxis Architektur als statisches, in der Zeit eingefrorenes „Fossil“ auszustellen. Aufgabe war die Entwicklung von alternativen Strategien, die eine lebendige Architektur im Fokus haben. Die Präsentation der Ergebnisse am 3. Februar 2023 war ein besonders spannendes und bereicherndes Erlebnis.
Einer der Teilnehmer Tomohiro Hojo hat sich sich mit der Frage der Authentizität von Architektur auseinandergesetzt. Er war so freundlich, uns zu erlauben seinen Film hier im Blog und auf unserer Website zu veröffentlichen.

Great Design – Art:Space Villa Beer
Master’s students at the Institute of Architecture and Design / Univ.Prof. Dott.Arch. Wilfried Kühn examined Villa Beer as a case study last semester.
They questioned the sometimes common practice of presenting architecture as a static “fossil” frozen in time. The assignment was to develop alternative strategies that focus on living architecture. The presentation of the results on February 3, 2023, was a particularly exciting and enriching experience.
One of the participants, Tomohiro Hojo, explored the question of authenticity in architecture. He was kind enough to allow us to publish his film here on the blog and on our website.
