Kurz vor Baubeginn haben einige Printmedien und auch der ORF über diesen großen Schritt für die Villa Beer berichtet.
Neben den Plänen für die Zukunft war es uns vor allem wichtig den Hietzinger:innen und allen interessierten Wiener:innen konkret zu berichten, was in der Wenzgasse geschieht und dass wir die Sanierung mit größter Sorgfalt in Abstimmung mit dem Bundesdenkmalamt vornehmen.

Media Coverage of the Start of Construction
Shortly before construction began, several print media outlets, as well as ORF, reported on this major step for Villa Beer.
In addition to our plans for the future, it was especially important to us to provide the residents of Hietzing and all interested Viennese with specific details about what is happening on Wenzgasse and to assure them that we are carrying out the renovation with the utmost care in coordination with the Federal Monuments Office.
