Am 15. April wurde mit einem Baueinleitungsgespräch mit allen bis jetzt beauftragten Firmen die Baustelle eröffnet.
Ein Bauzaun schützt das Grundstück, Container für die Mitarbeiter der Firmen und zur Einlagerung von Teilen aus dem Haus wurden aufgestellt.
Die Zufahrt zum Grundstück wurde vergrößert – der Zaunsteher beim Zufahrtstor zur Garage war nicht mehr original (ca. 2017 nachgebaut) und konnte dadurch leichten Herzens entfernt werden. Eine Baustraße führt in den Garten, damit auch schwere LKW´s und Maschinen zufahren können, ohne die alte Pflasterung zu gefährden.
Im Wohnzimmer wurde ein Besprechungsplatz eingerichtet – ein ganz neues Raumgefühl…

The construction site is being set up
On April 15, the construction site was officially opened with a kickoff meeting attended by all the contractors hired to date.
A construction fence surrounds the property, and containers have been set up for the contractors’ employees and to store items removed from the house.
The driveway to the property has been widened—the fence post at the garage entrance was no longer the original (rebuilt around 2017) and could therefore be removed without hesitation. A temporary access road leads into the garden so that even heavy trucks and machinery can drive in without damaging the old paving.
A meeting area has been set up in the living room—it creates a whole new sense of space…
